The Blackstone 28″ Griddle Cooking Station provides the large cooking surface needed for large outdoor gatherings. It has a sturdy, thick, cold-rolled steel griddle cooking surface. To accommodate cooking different foods at different temperatures, the Blackstone griddle cooking station has 2 independently-controlled burners, offering low to high settings. The burners have simple, push-button ignition. The stainless steel H-style burners of the Blackstone cook station offer an even distribution of heat. The griddle is easy to assemble and folds for transport. It has a lower shelf under the cooking surface and a shelf to one side, both of which can keep supplies at hand.
